Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Urban Wolf purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days. Just make sure it's unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Return:
- Email us at info@urbanwolfstore.com or call 844-847-9009 with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll give you instructions and a return authorization.
- Once we get your item back, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping: You pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: Let us know right away. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges: Sorry, we don't do exchanges. Just return the item for a refund and buy what you want.
